Performance testing is available for your clients using MuscleLab equipment:

  • ​Maximum isometric force of lower or upper body (bilateral or unilateral)
  • ​Rate of force development (RFD) via force plate analysis
  • ​Reactive strength index using a contact grid


Outside of the personal training space, there are two additional areas! 

  • Martial Arts Area: A 500 square foot space covered with mats for kickboxing, judo, jiu-jitsu, or any fighting discipline. 
  • ​Power Lifting Area: Over 1200 square feet with numerous racks, bars, and benches, a functional trainer, 1000s of pounds of plates, and dumbbells.
